If you're still not satisfied after 14 days and are within our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, we’re here to help. Just email us at support@momdove.com and we’ll walk you through the process.


🛑 Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact support@momdove.com within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, your order may already be processing and cancellation or changes may not be possible.

If your cancellation is successful, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

📦 Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@momdove.com within 72 hours of delivery and include a clear photo of the damage.

We’ll gladly replace any damaged product at no cost to you.

Note: Cosmetic damage to the outer packaging (like a dented box) is not considered product damage if the item inside is unharmed. We do not offer refunds or replacements for damage due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
